An integration studio, not a SaaS.

Ledgerline Payments is an independent software studio based in Texas, focused exclusively on accounting and payment workflow integrations for online merchants.

We build private, custom integrations — not a multi-tenant SaaS product. Each integration we deliver is owned by the merchant, deployed inside the merchant's own infrastructure, and operated under their own credentials with their own payment processor relationships. We do not host customer data, do not process payments, and do not act as a service provider in the cardholder data path.

The work we do most often: WooCommerce storefront ↔ QuickBooks Online invoicing, with HMAC-signed webhook reconciliation. Adjacent variants include Shopify, custom storefronts, and alternative accounting backends.

We started Ledgerline Payments because the off-the-shelf "WooCommerce + QuickBooks" plugins on the WordPress directory consistently fail at one of three things: secure token storage, idempotent webhook handling, or correct order-state transitions. Merchants end up with stuck orders, duplicate invoices, or dropped payments — and they call us to fix it. So we now build it correctly the first time.
